What you will do
- Define and own architecture decisions for authentication, APIs, loyalty, and payment systems within the B2B e-commerce platform.
- Drive partner success by shipping features that significantly reduce partner integration time.
- Develop a dual-impact strategy, prioritizing between internal teams and external B2B partners.
- Provide technical leadership, translating AI/ML capabilities into a prioritized product roadmap.
- Own the full product lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and defining MVPs to shipping and iterating.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, data scientists, and partner success teams to deliver AI features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in B2B or platform products.
- Proven experience designing APIs and SDKs, understanding what makes them easy to adopt and robust.
- Track record of building and launching at least one product from scratch, preferably in B2B.
- Comfortable with SQL, A/B testing, and making data-driven product decisions.
- Experience working with AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) or implementing AI features.
- Ability to understand LLM limitations (hallucinations, latency, cost) and when to use RAG vs. fine-tuning.
- Strong communication skills to discuss technical trade-offs and present to executives.
- Must be based in the UK for this remote role.
