What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Searchandizing to solve customer needs and drive business.
- Own the Searchandizing workflow, from identifying intent and setting goals to launching campaigns and iterating on performance.
- Solve real problems for e-commerce merchandisers, including product launches and stock management, proving ROI by driving net revenue.
- Work closely with customers to understand key users, work processes, and success factors.
- Develop a holistic vision for all curation tools, introducing clear frameworks for team ownership and growth.
- Lead and scale a cross-functional team of engineers and designers, owning the full product cycle.
Requirements
- Track record of redesigning fragmented toolsets into single, guided workflows with an intuitive user experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, digging into root causes to understand complex customer needs beyond surface requests.
- Focused on ROI, understanding that merchandiser success is measured by net revenue in tandem with algorithms.
- Empathetic to customers, guiding them towards data-driven decisions.
- Motivated to inspire cross-functional teams, manage technical complexity, and delegate effectively.
