What you will do

• Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for data collection and transformation capabilities within the Data Platform.
• Design and evolve capabilities to convert raw, heterogeneous data into optimized, hirify.global-ready formats.
• Establish and evolve data quality standards for accuracy, completeness, and consistency across records.
• Drive schema alignment, normalisation, and mapping so customers can quickly make their data searchable and usable.
• Partner with Connector Platform, AI Search & Agentic, and Infrastructure & Platform teams.
• Support Go-to-Market, Professional Services, and partner teams to improve onboarding workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, data platforms, or developer products.
• Strong experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data transformation, schema design/alignment, and data quality systems.
• Familiarity with event tracking, ingestion frameworks, and data modeling for search, analytics, or ML.
• Track record of defining vision, KPIs, and roadmap for a complex technical product area.
• Ability to simplify complex data systems and explain trade-offs to engineers, leadership, and customers.
