What you will do

• Own a strategic area of growth, working closely with engineers and designers to drive execution and solve real customer problems.
• Collaborate across product teams and functions to deliver significant step-changes in value, rather than incremental improvements.
• Improve cross-functional ways of working with Design and Engineering, refining approaches to discovery and delivery as the company scales.

Requirements

• 7+ years’ commercial experience in Product Management, with significant time in early-stage B2B SaaS environments.
• Ability to operate at different altitudes, effectively shifting between strategic and tactical work.
• A bias for action, prioritising momentum and experimentation while managing risk appropriately.
• A results-driven mindset, focused on delivering measurable outcomes using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and commercial teams, facilitating alignment and building trust.
• Work format: Hybrid, with 2-3 days in the London office required.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating LLMs or AI capabilities into products.
• Product operations experience, such as improving product data tooling or feedback management systems.
