What you will do

• Drive product discovery through regular customer interaction and qualitative interviews.
• Contribute to finding solutions with solid knowledge of business, customer, technical, and domain expertise.
• Own product strategy for your initiative, defining roadmap and priorities with the product team and executives.
• Advocate for customer needs by deeply understanding challenges with observability tools and hirify.global.
• Be accountable for outcomes, measuring and validating whether shipped solutions solve the problem.

Requirements

• Deep observability domain knowledge (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, industry trends).
• Software operations experience (having operated non-trivial software).
• Strong data analysis skills (setting up analytics, deriving insights).
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to articulate product vision.
• Leadership and mentorship ability for other product managers.
• Ability to set, track, and manage product KPIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in or willing to work CET timezone hours.

Nice to have

• Experience building 0-to-1 products or leading major new product bets.
• Background in AI/ML product management.
