Salary: $218,025—$256,500 USD

What you will do

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to define and execute a technical roadmap for a reliable, scalable trading platform.
• Lead the technical initiative to deliver a low latency interface for experienced traders across all platforms.
• Provide technical guidance and career mentorship to engineers, anchoring complex projects and ensuring high standards for code quality and system design.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically within modern front-end frameworks and mobile environments.
• Proven track record of optimizing complex systems, with a focus on rendering performance, network efficiency, and state management.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, including experience mentoring senior engineers and driving organizational improvements.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical challenges into actionable plans for stakeholders.
• Work authorization in the US is required.
• Ability to attend in-person team and company-wide offsites multiple times annually.

Nice to have

• Experience building a low latency trading system.
• Experience with Blockchains (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum etc.).
• Experience decomposing a large monolith into microservices.
• Familiarity with Golang, Ruby, Docker, Sinatra, Rails, Postgres.
• Crypto-forward experience, including onchain activity, ENS, and dApps.
