What you will do

• Develop, deploy, and maintain high-performance frontend applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.
• Work directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful UI experiences.
• Implement responsive and accessible UI components.
• Optimize frontend performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers.
• Build scalable, modular, and maintainable codebases.

Requirements

• Active U.S. Department of Defense Secret clearance or higher
• 3+ years of software engineering experience building and maintaining scalable front-end applications in production environments.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.
• Strong understanding of modern frontend development principles, including state management, component architecture, and performance optimization.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
• Ability to work on-site 2–3 days per week at offices located in the greater Washington, D.C. and Reston, VA area
