What you will do

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of key search product initiatives.
• Drive improvements to the frontend codebase, focusing on performance, reliability, and developer productivity.
• Prototype and iterate on complex features in collaboration with design, product, and data science teams.
• Review technical designs and provide mentorship to engineering team members to foster growth.
• Define and advocate for best practices in component design, accessibility, and client-side architecture.
• Analyze experimental data to refine product solutions and enhance search functionality.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in developing web applications at scale.
• Must reside in a state where hirify.global, Inc. has a registered entity.
• Deep expertise in frontend technologies including React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
• Strong background in frontend architecture, component design, and a11y standards.
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and present technical trade-offs effectively.
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical quality within large organizations.
