Frontend Engineer

Focus on designing infrastructure and tooling improvements, collaborating with product and infrastructure teams, and mentoring junior engineers.

Location: Remote within the United States in states where hirify.global has a registered entity

Salary: $191,000–$223,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop foundational, cross-platform frontend solutions in collaboration with Android and iOS engineers.
• Partner with product teams to identify pain points, pilot solutions, and drive adoption of tooling and frameworks.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and product foundation teams to build additional capabilities.
• Participate in all phases of software development including architecture, design, implementation, testing, and on-call support.
• Mentor and grow junior engineers, promoting best practices in web client development.

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years of industry experience.
• Proven experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, REST APIs, and frontend infrastructure.
• Experience supporting medium to large engineering organizations on infrastructure or platform teams.
• Strong skills in client networking, performance optimization, caching, client storage, and asynchronous programming.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and drive best practices.
• Must live in a US state where hirify.global has a registered entity.

Nice to have

• Experience building internal tooling and CLI applications.
• Experience with agentic AI solutions.
• Interest in web industry innovations and emerging trends.
