What you will do

• Direct and coordinate tactics to achieve operational goals within the division and bank.
• Oversee the Deposit Operations Team, support problem resolution, and approve transactions.
• Manage all aspects of the bank's wire transfer function and ensure understanding of NACHA ACH rules.
• Partner with Digital Transformation and Product teams to drive innovation and adopt new technologies.
• Identify and advocate for innovative products and services to meet customer needs.
• Establish and monitor SLAs, analyze operational data, and provide updates to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of management experience with a solid operations record.
• Strong and extensive knowledge of banking operations policies, procedures, and federal regulations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid format from Rockville, MD, USA.
