TL;DR

Fullstack Engineer III (Fintech): Designing and delivering high-quality products for an award-winning investment platform with an accent on C#, .NET core, and modern web frameworks like Angular/React/Vue. Focus on developing HTTP-based APIs, RESTful services, and cloud-based solutions on AWS while applying domain-driven design and TDD.

Location: Hybrid (Manchester, UK). Minimum 50% of the month in the office, with the first 3 months full-time in the office.

What you will do

  • Work with Agile methodologies to design and deliver high-quality products.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
  • Develop services and APIs using C#, .NET core, Mongo/SQL.
  • Implement RESTful services with JSON.
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain Cloud-Based solutions on AWS.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of commercial experience with C#, .NET core, Mongo/SQL, and techniques like domain-driven design and MVC.
  • 3-4 years of technical background in web development with Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • Experience developing HTTP-based APIs and RESTful services with JSON.
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, TDD, and Entity Framework Core.
  • Familiarity with containerisation tools like Docker.
  • Familiarity with developing, deploying, and maintaining Cloud-Based solutions on AWS.
  • Understanding of principles behind highly performing web pages.
  • Proficiency in Agile/SCRUM/SAFe.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Must be able to work a hybrid model, spending a minimum of 50% of the month in the Manchester office. First 3 months require full-time office presence.
