Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI): Building and optimizing an AI-native Employee Experience Platform, focusing on replacing a legacy content editor with a modern WYSIWYG editor. Focus on improving web-based clients and RESTful web services, producing high-quality, tested code, and taking ownership in a cross-functional Scrum team.

Location: Hybrid work available, must be based in Dresden, Berlin, Chemnitz, or Leipzig, Germany.

What you will do

• Improve and develop web-based clients, including native apps, and RESTful web services.
• Work in a cross-functional Scrum team to produce high-quality and tested code.
• Give and receive feedback in code reviews and continuously share knowledge.
• Take ownership of features, code quality, and the work environment.
• Work iteratively, frequently pushing code, ensuring a good CI/CD pipeline, and automating tasks.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in React.js, TypeScript, and Java/Kotlin.
• Understanding of REST and Microservices architecture.
• Good English communication skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Experience with MongoDB, Docker, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Previous experience in an agile environment.
