Location: Hybrid (2 days in London office required)

What you will do

• Create reliable, reusable, and scalable frontend and backend architectures for AI systems.
• Lead engineers within cross-functional teams to deploy technically sophisticated software.
• Design and architect robust project frameworks balancing rapid prototyping and long-term maintainability.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster engineering excellence.
• Act as the primary technical authority for full-stack development within your delivery unit.
• Provide deep technical expertise to customers, guiding complex requirements and architectural scoping.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks like React or Vue.
• Strong eye for intuitive UI/UX design.
• Solid backend development skills in Python or TypeScript frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).
• Comfortable managing the full application lifecycle.
• Experience deploying software in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) using containerisation tools like Docker.
• Demonstrate a scientific and pragmatic mindset, thriving in autonomous, fast-paced environments.
