Location: Hybrid, spending 60% of your time in the office and 40% at home, with offices in Munich, Madrid, Krakow, Wroclaw, London, and Vienna. There’s also an option to work for 20 days abroad in approved countries.

What you will do

• Develop, manage, and optimize pricing strategies and processes across small-scaled products and markets.
• Improve the pricing landscape by adding new features, removing redundant ones, and fine-tuning levers and parameters, and design and create pricing algorithms.
• Work closely with the Central Pricing team and Central Bitiba team.
• Ensure the smoothness of daily pricing cycles by designing, implementing, and maintaining automated checks of both inputs and outputs.
• Design and operate SQL queries that provide the inputs.
• Run ad-hoc analyses that explain the impact of past pricing decisions and simulations to evaluate the impact of pricing configuration changes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics / Mathematics / Physics / Business Administration
• Understanding of concepts like price elasticity, clustering, scoring, A/B testing
• Strong technical background balanced with commercial acumen
• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role
• Very good SQL skills (preferably Presto SQL and first experience with AWS)
• Knowledge of programming languages, preferably VBA or Python (Java is a plus)
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail
