What you will do

• Develop, manage, and optimize pricing strategies and processes to drive revenue, profit, and competitive advantage.
• Improve the pricing landscape by adding new features, fine-tuning levers, parameters, and designing pricing algorithms.
• Work closely with the Central Pricing team and Central Bitiba team.
• Ensure smooth daily pricing cycles by designing, implementing, and maintaining automated checks.
• Run ad-hoc analyses explaining the impact of past pricing decisions and simulations.
• Create and maintain tool documentation on wiki for end-user transparency.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Physics, or Business Administration.
• Understanding of concepts like price elasticity, clustering, scoring, and A/B testing.
• Strong technical background balanced with commercial acumen.
• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Very good SQL skills (preferably Presto SQL and first experience with AWS).
• Knowledge of programming languages, preferably VBA or Python.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience in pricing and online retail.
• Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Java programming knowledge.
