What you will do
- Oversee full-cycle talent acquisition logistics including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and scheduling for EMEA and APAC roles.
- Find, engage, and assess passive candidates using alternative search techniques and creative sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Track pipeline activity and contribute to cost-effective talent acquisition strategies and employer branding initiatives.
- Partner with the HR team for seamless new hire onboarding and support broader HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or international environment or Financial Services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in technology roles.
- Strong sourcing skills, including engaging passive talent, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with ATS systems (Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and verbal) is required.
