Location: Lisbon, Portugal, with onsite work Monday-Thursday and remote work on Friday.

What you will do

  • Oversee full-cycle talent acquisition logistics including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and scheduling for EMEA and APAC roles.
  • Find, engage, and assess passive candidates using alternative search techniques and creative sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Track pipeline activity and contribute to cost-effective talent acquisition strategies and employer branding initiatives.
  • Partner with the HR team for seamless new hire onboarding and support broader HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or international environment or Financial Services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in technology roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including engaging passive talent, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems (Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and verbal) is required.
