Senior Product Manager (Medical)

TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (MedTech): Implementing the marketing plan and driving the go-to-market strategy for the Compression & Advanced Wound Care Dressings portfolios with an accent on sales results and ROI. Focus on local customer needs and market trends to shape Global/Region plans.

Location: Hybrid, Loughborough, Leicestershire. Job duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Loughborough HQ 2 days per week.

What you will do

• Develop, lead & execute the UK marketing plan, ensuring alignment with Global/Region plans.
• Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels within the UK&I, working closely with EMEA digital colleagues.
• Localise and develop sales enablement tools and partner with Clinical/Medical Affairs teams to equip local sales teams.
• Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches, including market research and competitive analysis.
• Analyse market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
• Track and analyse product performance metrics and report on the success of product initiatives to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles, preferably in the Medical industry.
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience within the UK Wound Care Market, ideally within Advanced Wound Care and/or Compression.
• Proven experience in managing a complex portfolio and strategically important product launches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
