hirify.global is looking for a collaborative Scrum Master to support its development teams in ensuring high-quality, efficient delivery of projects.

What you will do

• Serve as a protector of the team, removing distractions and impediments.
• Act as the Scrum process owner, ensuring adherence to the framework and coaching the team.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Support the Product Owner in refining the product backlog.
• Coach the team and organization on Agile/Scrum values, principles, and best practices.
• Report project status, deviations, or risks to leadership and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

• IT-related, scientific, or technical degree, or equivalent experience.
• First-level Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM).
• At least one year serving as a Scrum Master or in a similar servant-leadership role for a software development team.
• Strong understanding of servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, and transparency.
• Experience using Agile techniques (Epics, User Stories, Backlog management, Burndown charts, Velocity tracking, Retrospective formats) and practices (XP, Kanban, SAFe).
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical device development and related documentation.
• German language skills.
