Scrum Master (Agile Leadership): Responsible for the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of enterprise-grade software, managing Microsoft Azure, AVD, and Intune environments with an accent on predictability, release readiness, and removing systemic friction. Focus on optimizing the flow of work across multiple Agile squads and ensuring engineering output consistently translates into customer value.

Location: Remote (United States, United Kingdom, Serbia, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Spain)

Salary: 115,000 - 135,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Partner closely with Engineering and QA Leaders, Product Management, and Marketing to translate strategy into executable plans.
• Own the end-to-end delivery process across multiple squads, ensuring that the transition from "product idea" to "shipped feature" is seamless and efficient.
• Use data-driven insights to provide stakeholders with realistic, high-confidence delivery forecasts.
• Partner with Product Managers to sequence the backlog based on both business priority and technical readiness.
• Lead lean/Agile ceremonies with a focus on outcome over activity.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Support, and Engineering to oversee the "Go-To-Market" phase of new features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Delivery, Technical Program Management, or Agile Leadership within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Lean/Agile Mastery: Deep experience with modern delivery frameworks and the ability to adapt them pragmatically to a remote, distributed team.
• Technical Fluency: A solid understanding of the Microsoft stack (.NET, React, and Azure) and the ability to navigate architectural discussions regarding cloud-scale infrastructure.
• Data-Centric Mindset: Experience using delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Communication: Ability to translate complex technical progress into clear, business-focused outcomes for stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Cloud Infrastructure Expertise: Specific experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, or Intune.
• Operational Background: Familiarity with DevOps culture, CI/CD pipelines, and how they impact the speed of delivery.
• Scaled Delivery: Experience managing the intersection of multiple product squads and shared platform teams.
