What you will do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Reddit.
- Build and test landing pages and funnels to maximize conversion rates for school partnerships and family outreach.
- Set up and manage email marketing automation sequences in Salesforce Pardot and Marketing Cloud.
- Conduct A/B tests on ad creative, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and platform-specific dashboards.
- Manage advertising budgets and create performance reports with actionable insights.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with paid digital advertising.
- Proven track record of managing ad budgets of $10K+ per month.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Salesforce Pardot/Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Nice to have
- Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications.
- Experience with landing page builders (Unbounce, Leadpages, ClickFunnels).
- Knowledge of marketing automation and lead nurturing.
- Background in education, healthcare, or service-driven marketing.
