What you will do
- Lead and develop the paid marketing vision, strategy, and internal processes for performance channels.
- Manage marketing budgets using proprietary platforms to ensure target performance and reconciliation.
- Optimize campaigns across Google, Amazon, Facebook, TikTok, and affiliate networks.
- Analyze customer journey data from Shopify and Google Analytics to drive constant improvements.
- Manage, train, and coach a team of paid marketing strategists.
- Produce insightful performance reports and present strategic recommendations to clients.
Requirements
- Must be based in or willing to commute to the office in Over-the-Rhine, Cincinnati.
- English proficiency required for client communication.
- 3-4 years of professional experience in at least two major paid marketing channels.
- Proven ability to balance day-to-day tactical execution with long-term strategic vision.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis using Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Previous experience in eCommerce or digital agency settings.
- Proven management or leadership experience.
