What you will do

• Lead and develop paid marketing strategies to increase revenue from channels like Google, Amazon, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Drive the vision for the paid marketing team, developing and updating internal processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage paid marketing budgets using a proprietary platform, ensuring campaigns meet budget and performance targets.
• Determine the most effective marketing mix for clients and provide data-driven budget recommendations.
• Monitor analytics, produce insightful reports, and present findings and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Lead, train, coach, and manage a team of paid marketing strategists.

Requirements

• 3-4 years minimum experience in at least two paid channels (Google, Facebook, Amazon, TikTok, or affiliate marketing) with advanced understanding.
• BA/BSc in Marketing or a related field.
• Proven ability to focus on both day-to-day tasks and the big picture.
• Proficiency with analytic tools such as Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain client relationships.
