What you will do

• Create customer-centric communications and execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns.
• Set up manual & automated mailings and push notifications.
• Create engaging and relevant content for direct marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and leverage insights for impactful interactions.
• Implement Central CRM campaigns (Push Notifications, Newsletters).
• Create and execute ad booking campaigns.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of Marketing Automation and CRM experience.
• BSc+ degree in business administration, e-commerce, marketing, tech, or related field.
• Proficiency in customer data and CRM processes.
• Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for understanding customers and driving Campaigns.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex, high-impact projects.
• Fluent in English, and one (or more) languages among Czech, Danish, Swedish, Finnish, Croatian and Slovenian.
