TL;DR

Junior Marketing Coordinator (AI): Supporting the planning and execution of large-scale marketing campaigns with an accent on operational coordination, content quality control, and cross-team collaboration. Focus on leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, track project milestones, and ensure brand consistency across multiple channels.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Prague (Hybrid: min. 2 office days per week)

What you will do

  • Support the coordination and day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns to ensure they stay on schedule.
  • Track campaign milestones, deliverables, and timelines using project management tools.
  • Utilize AI tools for content preparation, research, idea generation, and workflow optimization.
  • Provide administrative support, including documentation, reporting, and maintenance of project tracking systems.
  • Review marketing materials to ensure brand consistency and high-quality outputs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to maintain alignment on marketing priorities.

Requirements

  • Around 1 year of experience in marketing, coordination, or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in English required; Czech is a strong advantage.
  • Practical experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for productivity and content support.
  • Strong organizational skills and familiarity with task management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Prague.

  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects.
  • Understanding of digital marketing campaign workflows.
