TL;DR

Paid Media Specialist: Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Romania, Poland, Czech Republic, and Bulgaria with an accent on strategic paid advertising and improving campaign performance. Focus on data-driven adjustments to improve results by testing and optimizing ad copy, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies.

Location: This job opportunity is restricted to Romania. Hybrid in Bucharest.

What you will do

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms as necessary.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, tracking KPIs such as click-through rates (CTR), conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA), and provide insights for campaign optimization.
  • Develop and implement remarketing strategies, targeting specific audiences to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Allocate and optimize budget across campaigns to maximize ROI, ensuring effective spending to achieve business objectives.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
  • Work with the content and creative teams to align ad copy and visuals with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in paid media campaign management, with a proven record of delivering successful campaigns.
  • Expertise in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and similar.
  • Strong ability to track and analyze KPIs for paid media, such as CTR, CPC, CR, CPA and other.
  • Expertise in remarketing strategies and audience targeting techniques.
  • Full working proficiency in English.

Nice to have

  • CRM related knowledge like Hubspot and Salesforce is a plus.
  • GA4 or GTM related knowledge is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in ads creation and implementation is a plus.
  • Experience in working with media agencies.

  • You will report to the Digital Marketing Performance Manager.
  • Work closely with key country stakeholders in marketing, sales, and product.
