What you will do

• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, including accurate effort estimates.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and dependencies using project management tools.
• Track, report, and manage project status, risks, milestones, and deliverables.
• Oversee day-to-day project execution, including team assignments and task prioritization.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal delivery teams, customers, and implementation partners.
• Proactively identify and mitigate bottlenecks, delivery risks, manage scope changes, and control project financials.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Hybrid role based in London, UK. Willingness to relocate to London is required.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the ETRM space or similar environments.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and external clients.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or equivalent professional qualification.
• Prior experience delivering ETRM, energy trading, commodities, or financial services systems implementations.
• Hands-on experience managing projects across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Exposure to global or distributed delivery teams across time zones.
• Familiarity with regulatory-driven or data-intensive environments.
