Location: Hybrid role based in Menlo Park, California, United States

Salary: $140,000–$183,700 per year

What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate executive reporting and support sales, marketing, and engineering workflows.
• Partner with product teams to evaluate Snowflake’s AI capabilities and inform the product roadmap.
• Work directly with teams to understand their workflows and build AI-powered solutions that improve how they operate.
• Use AI tools and data analysis to stress-test strategies and provide real-time perspectives to the CEO and executive leadership.
• Define and demonstrate AI-native operating models, including automated reporting, predictive metrics, LLM-driven communications, and agentic workflows.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in technology, consulting, or a high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated experience designing multi-step AI agents, tool-use patterns, autonomous agentic workflows, and AI pipelines.
• Strong data fluency with SQL, Python, or equivalent skills.
• First-principles thinking and the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact for executive audiences.
• Low-ego, high-agency collaboration skills and the ability to work across organizational levels.
• Computer science degree or equivalent hands-on technical experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Snowflake platform and AI Data Cloud ecosystem.
• Public portfolio of AI projects, such as GitHub repositories, shipped products, blog posts, or side projects.
