• Serve as a key partner to the CEO and Executive Team.

• Implement innovative solutions across all hirify.global functions using agentic AI and advanced data reasoning.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of "Hyper-Growth" experience in top-tier strategy, consulting, or high-growth technology environments.
• Proficient in Prompt Engineering, agentic workflows, and basic Python/SQL to manipulate data.
• High-velocity problem solving with a "systems thinking" mindset.
• Executive presence with low ego, comfortable presenting to the C-Suite and Board.
• Work format: Hybrid, based in Menlo Park, CA, United States.

Nice to have

• Computer Science bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into business impact for CEO-level communication.
