What you will do

• Own the performance of the contractor activation funnel from qualification through onboarding and first project assignment.
• Ensure qualified experts move quickly, smoothly, and at high conversion rates.
• Identify drop-offs, slow handoffs, and manual process delays in the funnel.
• Build clear metrics, introduce automation, and standardize workflows.
• Partner cross-functionally to remove bottlenecks.
• Increase activation rates, reduce time-to-deployment, and scale the marketplace reliably.
