Legal Analyst / Associate Legal Counsel – Commercial Legal

What you will do

• Provide legal advice for domestic and international projects.
• Review, draft, and negotiate cooperation agreements with clients.
• Offer legal guidance to project management and Sales teams.
• Perform thorough legal risk assessments of vendor agreements.
• Develop and maintain standard contracts and other key legal documents.
• Manage and structure contract inventory to ensure legal compliance and ownership.

Requirements

• Successful completion of at least one German law degree (LL.B.; LL.M.; Erste Juristische Prüfung; und/oder Zweite Juristische Prüfung or equivalent).
• Fluency in business English and German.
• Strong intercultural awareness and enthusiasm for working in a global environment.
• A team-oriented spirit, with a passion for cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Proficiency in IT and a good working knowledge of common Google Workspace, AI and MS Office applications.

Nice to have

• A minimum of professional experience, ideally within an international and fast paced context.
• First experience in the financial services industry and regulatory law.
