TL;DR
Commercial Legal Counsel: Supporting sales and go-to-market teams with commercial contracts and partnerships, with an accent on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating MSAs, NDAs, RFPs, and SLAs. Location: Hybrid, must be based in Berlin. Employees have the freedom to work from abroad for up to 90 days worldwide.

is a fast-growing tech startup operating in the B2B SaaS and enterprise software environment, managing legal aspects for its 4 entities worldwide.
What you will do
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including MSAs, NDAs, RFPs, and SLAs.
- Support partnership agreements, marketing events, conferences, and sponsorship arrangements.
- Provide day-to-day legal advice and address ad hoc legal queries from various stakeholders.
- Engage directly with enterprise customers in negotiations and contract discussions.
- Conduct horizon scanning, monitoring legal developments and interpreting their impact on the business.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in an in-house environment, ideally at a tech startup.
- Experience with commercial contracts, particularly in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Qualified to practice law in Europe.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Must be based in Berlin for this hybrid role.
