What you will do
- Utilise data, user, and stakeholder insights to identify impact opportunities in identity and user lifecycle management, translating findings into actionable strategies.
- Clearly communicate the product's vision and strategy to inspire the team and align stakeholders.
- Define comprehensive plans for tackling core platform enablement problems, including strategic rationale and success measurement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, designers, and other teams (Implementation, Sales Engineering, Account Managers) to execute strategies incrementally.
- Act as the go-to expert for platform and identity services, providing answers, creating training materials, and maintaining product documentation.
- Lead with a servant-leadership approach, empowering the team by fostering creativity, collaboration, and removing distractions.
Requirements
- Work format: Hybrid, requiring you to be based within commuting distance of one of 's hubs to work in-person 3 days a week.
- At least 7 years of experience in tech companies, with a minimum of 5 years in Product Management roles.
- Proven experience in Identity management services (especially Enterprise Identity), User lifecycle management, HRIS integrations, or automation is required.
- Experience working on platform products or enablement teams that serve other product lines or value streams.
- A sharp eye for UX, understanding how to create intuitive and impactful customer-facing or internal platform products.
- Comfort working on B2B platforms and collaborating with technical stakeholders on integration, compliance, and user management.
Nice to have
- Experience with social identity management.
- Experience on Platform Product management in areas like Account Lifecycles, Settings, Pricing, or Onboarding systems.
