Location: NYC-based candidates only (expectation to work in-person 3-4 days per week, with some remote flexibility).

What you will do

• Establish best practices for information architecture and product integration across expanding offerings.
• Design best-in-class user experiences across patient, provider, and growth products.
• Drive qualitative user research, including prototyping, interviews, and surveys.
• Grow and maintain the design system and component library.
• Help build a strong design culture focused on quality and craft.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience designing compelling digital products.
• Obsessed with customers and foundational design principles.
• Willingness to step in to fill the gaps between teams (e.g., qualitative research, pitch decks).
• Ability to build and ship new features from 0 to 1 and continuously iterate for improvement.
• Must be based in NYC with an expectation to work in-person 3-4 days per week.
