What you will do

• Own the full analytics stack for a business-critical function, from raw data to models, dashboards, and insights.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to identify and lead analyses that answer key strategic questions.
• Design intuitive dashboards that deliver clarity and enable fast decision-making for various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering to validate and optimize data pipelines, ensuring accurate and scalable infrastructure.
• Champion a data-first culture by guiding teams to interpret and act on data and driving evidence-based decisions.
• Utilize experimentation data, forecasting, and predictive analysis to inform product and business strategy.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience owning analytics for a business function or product area, ideally at a fast-paced, high-growth company.
• Deep domain expertise in analytics engineering, including clean, performant SQL.
• Hands-on experience with tools like dbt, Fivetran, and Metabase or Looker.
• Strong grasp of the fundamentals of data modeling, ETLs, and infrastructure.
• Curiosity, strategic thinking, and an outcome-oriented approach to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Ability to distill deep analysis into crisp, actionable takeaways and communicate complex ideas with clarity.
