Instructional Designer (Edtech): Creating and delivering educational materials for employee growth and career development with an accent on instructional design models and adult learning theory. Focus on designing engaging, interactive, and instructionally sound materials in various formats.

Location: Remote (US). Must be authorized to work from one of the following states: AL, AZ, CT, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IN, MD, MN, NJ, NY, NC, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT, WA. Working while traveling to other states or countries is not permitted.

Salary: $4000-$6000 bi-weekly

What you will do

• Evaluate existing instructional content and modify it to adhere to internal design standards and industry-proven approaches.
• Develop and update courses, instructional materials, and other digital instructional information consistent with adult learning theory for delivery in online learning.
• Design and develop engaging, interactive, and instructionally sound materials that address various learning styles and are accessible to all learners.
• Design and produce learning materials in a variety of formats, including print, graphics, audio, video, animation, and multimedia, to support learning.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of instructional design models and learning theories.
• Ability to navigate learning management systems.
• Proficiency in course development software (Articulate Rise and Storyline).
• Strong project management skills.
• Must be authorized to work from one of the following states: AL, AZ, CT, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IN, MD, MN, NJ, NY, NC, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT, WA.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
