What you will do
- Define and own the brand identity, ensuring a consistent and empathetic voice.
- Lead an overhaul of the hirify.global website to better reflect technical maturity.
- Work with commercial and customer success teams to create compelling customer-facing materials.
- Provide strategic leadership for event presence and ROI.
- Develop high-quality content to establish thought leadership in Medically Integrated Dispensing.
- Partner with the People team to drive recruiting marketing efforts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role within HealthTech.
- Proven ability to build & lead a marketing function from the ground up in a fast-paced, "series A or B" environment.
- Bachelor’s degree from a leading university.
