What you will do

• Evolve and define hirify.global’ brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
• Lead brand-led awareness campaigns to grow top-of-funnel engagement and strengthen brand equity.
• Manage PR and media partners to amplify hirify.global’ presence as a leader in hearing health.
• Lead the creation of branded content, leveraging AI and creative automation tools for efficiency.
• Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to ensure brand alignment across digital experiences.
• Track and analyze brand health KPIs and connect brand investment to revenue metrics.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of brand marketing experience within DTC, consumer tech, or healthcare/wellness.
• Strong understanding of how to use storytelling, creative strategy, and digital experiences to build awareness and affinity.
• Excellent copywriting skills adaptable across channels and formats.
• Experience creating marketing collateral for sales enablement and product marketing, with proficiency in Canva or Figma.
• Comfortable leveraging AI and automation tools to scale creative output and efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• US work authorization is required.
