What you will do
- Support the account management team on account planning, renewal, and business retention processes.
- Develop member value/ROI, upsell/leads, presentation strategies, and build member relationships.
- Ensure Zone leadership and account management teams understand member's strategic and fiscal position, goals, and needs.
- Drive standardization of practices, reporting, and presenting value.
- Direct customer interaction and ownership via business reviews, partnering with sales on opportunities.
- Engage peers across the Premier alliance to maintain relevant knowledge and bring forward best practices.
Requirements
- Work Experience: 10 or more years of applicable experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong understanding of a broad range of healthcare industry challenges.
- Experience in account management and healthcare technology (clinical and/or cost).
- Ability to work with marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
Nice to have
- Master’s Degree.
- Performance Improvement or Consulting experience, with a focus on clinical and quality domains.
- Account management experience leading large health systems.
- Client Management experience, especially with technology portfolios.
- SaaS or Consulting experience.
- Experience with Business Intelligence and Salesforce.
