What you will do
- Position yourself as a Healthcare thought leader and trusted advisor to executive-level business decision-makers for assigned accounts.
- Deliver compelling value-proposition presentations and develop specialized business plans for customers.
- Develop and oversee the execution of account plans, utilizing common sales and delivery methodologies.
- Own forecasting processes for assigned accounts and coordinate with internal industry experts.
- Counsel customers on best practices for leveraging the hirify.global Platform, services, and partners.
- Communicate and present strategic ideas to executive leaders, including answering questions and challenges in live settings.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology-related sales, including 3+ years in Healthcare (or equivalent academic experience).
- Ability to travel up to 30% to serve business or client needs.
- Deep knowledge of the Healthcare industry, current trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
- Aptitude and passion to become a master of hirify.global’s product capabilities and business impact.
- Understanding of how to map prospects and buying processes, identify stakeholders, and drive deal momentum.
Nice to have
- 5+ years experience selling into the Healthcare Industries and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.
- 3+ years experience in selling software licenses and/or usage based products to large enterprise and/or multinational corporations.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar quotas.
- Curiosity and desire to continuously learn all aspects of the software development lifecycle, hirify.global products, and the greater DevOps and DevSecOps industry.
