What you will do

• Obtain data, execute analyses, interpret results, and prepare presentations for client projects.
• Define business requirements through client interviews and document needs.
• Participate in all engagement phases: issue identification, hypothesis formation, interviews, and implementation support.
• Build client relationships and identify market opportunities.
• Contribute to practice development and learn hirify.global's technologies and services.

Requirements

• US-based or eligible for US employment (federal contractor with EEO/AA compliance)
• Bachelor's degree; experience in healthcare, business, or finance.
• Advanced Excel, statistical tools (R, Python, SAS, Matlab), Tableau, Business Intelligence.
• Lean Process Improvement or Six Sigma knowledge.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively.
