What you will do

• Review and edit Knowledge Base content.
• Publish Knowledge Base content to Salesforce and other designated outputs.
• Create still images and other content for use in solution documentation.
• Manage project milestones, deadlines, and schedules for assigned projects.

Requirements

• Years of Applicable Experience - 0 or more years.
• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats.
• Ability to work in a collaborative business environment.

Nice to have

• MadCap Flare or similar CMS.
• Content design and workflow.
• Clear articulation and proficiency in English with the ability to write professionally.
• Working knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Salesforce
