Marketing & Sales Content Senior Associate (B2B): Creating and curating full-funnel content to support brand awareness and sales engagement with an accent on long-form thought leadership and Account-Based Marketing (ABM). Focus on ghostwriting for executives, adapting business narratives for specific accounts, and collaborating with SMEs to produce publication-ready materials.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote or Hybrid in cities including Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, New York, San Francisco, South Florida, or Southern California)

Salary: $88K – $142K

What you will do

  • Develop and produce brand positioning and thought leadership content including blog articles, advertising copy, and case studies.
  • Support firm-wide initiatives such as the website rebuild and ABM efforts, creating tailored content for specific target accounts.
  • Oversee content execution across multiple channels including webinars, podcasts, and video.
  • Ghostwrite and edit content for firm leaders and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and brand voice.
  • Collaborate with PR agencies to draft content for earned coverage in third-party publications.
  • Create and refine high-quality sales enablement materials and PowerPoint proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business communications, marketing, or public relations.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B content development, marketing, or PR, preferably in professional services.
  • Must be willing to work extended hours within North American time zones, including occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for enhancing presentation aesthetics.
  • Strong ability to develop client-centric narratives and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Experience collaborating with C-level executives and subject matter experts.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience supporting ABM programs.
  • Experience writing proposals or RFP responses.
  • Skills in graphic design or providing creative direction and visual refinement.
