What you will do

• Comprehend advertiser marketing needs to effectively communicate programmatic solutions.
• Analyze campaign data to understand performance, suggest optimizations, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Identify account growth opportunities and ensure high-growth accounts are set up for success before transitioning to the Growth team.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to incorporate client feedback and iterate on solutions.
• Stay current on mobile ecosystem and industry trends, providing actionable insights to customers.
• Provide actionable debriefs on campaigns to guide the New Business Sales team.

Requirements

• Mobile Advertising experience, preferably in Account Management.
• Knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem.
• Excellence in logical thinking, problem solving, and familiarity with big data and numbers.
• Strong ability to identify customer needs beyond stated requirements.
• Attention to detail in specific campaigns for clear client explanations and actions.
• Ability to quickly create reports to effectively convey insights to new partners.
• Great communication skills and an ability to over-communicate.
• Strong ownership mentality and a curious approach to problem solving.
