What you will do

• Serve as primary contact for participant-related operations for client-specific Research customer teams.
• Manage participant acquisition, onboarding, verification, and activation processes to meet project deliverables.
• Partner with the Head of Human Data Operations to address gaps in participant supply, ensuring quality standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, workflows, and enablement materials to support efficient delivery.
• Optimize participant onboarding and activation funnels and monitor engagement and quality metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, science, and customer success teams to align operational priorities.

Requirements

• Experience in operations (ideally in marketplace or platform environments) with strong project management and process optimization skills.
• Proficiency with operational tools (Metabase, Zapier, Asana, HubSpot) and data analysis for decision-making.
• Strong communication and documentation skills, with a track record of stakeholder enablement.
• Familiarity with human data operations, participant recruitment, or global crowdsourcing/gig-economy platforms.
• Experience supporting AI/ML lifecycle projects, including data labelling or annotation.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
