What you will do

  • Take care of inbound leads, engage with them quickly, and close them accordingly.
  • Fine-tune the overall inbound sales approach by testing new sales pitches, channels, and strategies.
  • Share findings about leads and clients to adjust the marketing strategy accordingly and drive better quality leads in bigger volume.
  • Drive hirify.global’s revenue growth month after month.
  • Engage with global sales leaders to share challenges and learnings, and hear from them.
  • Share insights with the product team and play a key part in the next client acquisition product sprints.

Requirements

  • 3+ years working in a sales, business development, or SDR role with a proven track record of crushing targets.
  • Experience in a SaaS Startup in Payment, Accounting, or Financial Management is mandatory.
  • Hungry for success with a can-do attitude.
  • Proactive with a positive approach to roll up their sleeves and ensure targets are exceeded.
  • A networker by heart with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sales CRM experience mandatory (Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc...)
