What you will do

• Lead, develop and scale a high-performing Google Ads team across multiple global markets.
• Own overall performance across Search, Shopping and Performance Max with full revenue responsibility.
• Manage large multi-country accounts with significant daily budgets.
• Set clear performance targets aligned with business and margin goals.
• Structure account strategy across markets, categories and product priorities.
• Drive adoption of AI, automation and new Google features within the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and managing a Google Ads team (people management is a must).
• Strong experience with Google Search, Shopping and Performance Max.
• Experience managing multi-market ecommerce accounts with large daily budgets.
• Strong business understanding, connecting paid performance with revenue and margin goals.
• Deep understanding of ecommerce, product feeds and large catalogs.
• Fluent in English (C1 equivalent).
