What you will do

• Lead the design, development, deployment, and iteration of complex features for AI Agents.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and UX teams to deliver quality features and customer experience.
• Enhance and evolve hirify.global’s product architecture to be efficient and scalable.
• Understand customer pain points and implement maintainable solutions.
• Promote best practices and mentor other software engineers.
• Keep current with industry trends and technology.

Requirements

• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience shipping enterprise-grade software products.
• Experience leading complex projects through multiple release cycles.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js (Express) for writing readable, testable code.
• Experience with LLM applications and RAG tooling (Gemini, GPT, VectorDB).
• Advanced understanding of DevOps practices and technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Experience with security tooling in SDLC and Security by Design principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with speech and dialog technologies (ASR, TTS, telephony).
• Experience with event-driven architecture/technologies (RabbitMQ, Kafka, BullMQ).
• Experience with ML and AI training frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with Node.js build systems (rush, nx, vite).
• Experience in health tech.
