Salary: $130k–$265k plus equity

What you will do

• Develop intelligent, multimodal experiences using advanced prompting, RAG, and context orchestration.
• Implement dynamic model routing to power interactive demos and rich media workflows.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to prototype novel AI capabilities and lead them into production.
• Own the end-to-end development process in a small, fast-moving team environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and/or AI.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience building and maintaining production systems within AI/LLM contexts.
• Proficiency with LLM pipelines, vector search, agent frameworks, and multimodal tools.
• Ability to optimize applications for maximum performance.
• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, and React.
• Background in security and experimentation.
