Salary: $178,500 – $255,000 (US) / CA$247,450 – CA$353,500 (Canada) + Equity

What you will do

• Build agentic and automation workflows featuring tool calls, structured inputs, and observability.
• Develop and maintain full-stack support tooling including UIs, APIs, and background jobs.
• Integrate CRM, warehouse, and incident management systems with robust contracts and auditability.
• Implement safe tool access patterns using least-privilege permissions and human-approval gates.
• Participate in on-call rotations and improve system reliability through metrics, logging, and tracing.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building production web applications, backend services, or distributed systems.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Go (or a comparable production backend language).
• Daily fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Codex, or Claude.
• Practical experience with LLM patterns including tool calling, structured outputs, and agent orchestration.
• Experience building integrations via REST APIs, webhooks, and workflow platforms.
• Must be based in the US or Canada; no visa sponsorship is provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with MCP-style tool servers or workflow orchestration platforms.
• Integrations with Salesforce, Snowflake, or billing and incident management systems.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud services, and CI/CD deployment experience.
