Location: Must be based in or able to work in Minnesota, Iowa, or the Chicagoland area (Hybrid/Remote)

Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000+ Annually

What you will do

• Drive security services and technology business to meet quarterly and annual sales objectives.
• Design tailored security solutions by analyzing client business operations, risk appetite, and security needs.
• Collaborate with account teams to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the security portfolio.
• Articulate complex security strategies to senior leadership stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Manage the proposal process, including SOW development, RFI/RFP responses, and contract finalization.
• Maintain strong relationships with technology partners and internal service delivery teams to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in an information security role, preferably as a consultant, architect, or engineer.
• Strong understanding of the current threat landscape, vulnerabilities, and defensive controls.
• Proven ability to lead technology-focused discussions and conduct whiteboard sessions.
• Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in MN, IA, or the Chicago area.
• Vendor-specific certifications focused on cloud or security specialties.
