Cyber Security Consultant (Cybersecurity)

Senior Cyber Security Consultant (Cybersecurity): Partnering with customers to drive cyber workforce resilience using the hirify.global One Platform with an accent on establishing strategies, roadmaps, and providing industry expertise. Focus on engaging C-level executives, recommending program improvements, and ensuring customer success in achieving cyber resilience.

Location: Remote, based in the United Arab Emirates. Occasional meetings in EMEA HQ. Relocation from the United Kingdom to the United Arab Emirates may be supported.

What you will do

• Partner with key customers to achieve business objectives and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Establish strategies and roadmaps for cyber workforce resilience.
• Engage C-level executives and technical professionals through Executive Business Reviews.
• Recommend improvements and suggest new programs based on cybersecurity knowledge.
• Drive adoption and maximize value of the hirify.global Labs Platform.
• Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams, acting as the voice of the customer.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in an information security practitioner or consulting role.
• Extensive experience in client-facing roles, presenting to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in IT fundamentals (computer hardware/software, databases, networking, security, and software development).
• Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliances, and standards.
• Hands-on experience with Windows & Linux operating systems, security tools (IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, SIEM), and public cloud environments.
• Experience leading technical presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in the United Arab Emirates.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Cyber Security or Computer Science.
