What you will do

• Ensure the efficient and timely execution of internal operations projects from initiation to launch.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders including Product, Engineering, and other Operations teams.
• Apply healthcare revenue cycle and billing experience to validate configurations, identify risks, and prevent operational issues.
• Conduct data validation, reporting, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity during implementation.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of systems and processes that facilitate scalability and efficiency.
• Break down complex business problems and own execution and outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management (RCM), or billing.
• Prior experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced organization.
• Strong data and technical aptitude, with experience validating, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets.
• Deep experience with data analysis tools, including SQL and Excel.
• Understanding of healthcare operational and financial workflows, with the ability to translate them into technical and process requirements.
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Retool, Gsuite.
• 1 year of Healthcare or Healthtech experience.
