Location: Hybrid work model, with base salary ranges determined across all US locations. Dual headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland and Boston, Massachusetts.

What you will do

  • Amplify hirify.global’s role as the DEX leader to analysts, press, partners, and executive audiences.
  • Build persona-based narratives that resonate from IT ops to the CIO suite, connecting emotional hooks to business-critical outcomes.
  • Craft positioning that differentiates hirify.global and elevates the entire portfolio in a fast-evolving market.
  • Translate technical features into compelling, human stories that engage customers and executives.
  • Own GTM strategy for major launches and cross-sell initiatives, aligning with Product, Sales, and Growth Marketing.
  • Lead creation of high-impact content including solution briefs, ROI stories, executive decks, and customer case studies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling, persona-based storytelling that connects technical solutions to executive priorities.
  • Track record of elevating positioning and messaging to win the ear of CIOs and senior IT executives.
  • Expertise in GTM strategy, competitive positioning, and launch execution.
  • Executive presence and strong presentation skills, comfortable representing the company at major events.
  • Experience operating at the speed of agile product and engineering teams.
